Notes & Info
Grower’s Choice: Our bouquets are filled with the best of what’s blooming that particular week. All flowers and foliage are grower’s choice, meaning we will choose the colours and blooms for you.
Pick Up Day: We offer pick ups Wed, Thurs, Fri or Sat after 3pm. This day will remain the same throughout your 4-week cycle. We will confirm this date closer to the season beginning.
Pick Up & Parking Details: Bouquets can be picked up at the farm at 1841 Haultain Street, in the Jubilee area of Victoria. Your flowers will be waiting for you in a labelled bucket on a shelf next to the front door of the house. There is lots of parking for quick stops.
Away for Pick-Up: If you’re away for a pick up, contact us directly in advance to make a plan. Since flowers are perishable we cannot provide make-up bouquets for missed pick-ups. We are happy to hold the bouquet we made for you for a day or two if life gets in the way.
Cancellation Policy: Life happens. Subscriptions need cancelling. If you need to cancel, we will fulfill the week you’re in at the time and refund you for the remaining weeks. You will need to contact us directly to process this request, no judgements or questions asked. Please let us know a minimum of 1 week in advance of your cancellation if possible.
